  2. This was a killer of a workout - those double unders are tough after everything before it.

    Sit Ups = 62
    Push Ups = 54
    SDHP, 65lbs = 45
    Double Unders = 40

  9. I hope to make it back tonight, the weather this week has made us crazy, good for business not for my fitness. People are going to start calling me Trey Gunter if I'm not careful. I was hoping my first night back there would be double unders.
