    I am really surprised that I was able to do those w/o kipping.

    Jason... major HSPU improvement! If you ever saw Jason do HSPU before, you know he had a hard time just getting his feet to the wall and staying there. Today he did multiple sets of 4 IN A ROW!!!!

  4. Drew going through the motions but kicked up on the rings and did some cleans for time but all I was focused on was the timer.

    It is glued and screwed back together on the wall.

    sorry for the evil energy that was coming off of me.

    Some time I wish I had a reset button.
