For those that won't be in the g...Yay Amber! <br /><br />For those that won't be in the gym this week, if you are still participating in the burpee challenge, here is what you should do on a daily basis:<br /><br />Wed 11/24 - 21 burpees<br />Thurs 11/25 - 22 burpees<br />Fri 11/26 - 23 burpees<br />Sat 11/27 - 24 burpees<br />Sun 11/28 - 25 burpees<br />OR if you miss all of these days, you will need to do 115 burpees on Monday plus the prescribed 26 for a total of 141. :)<br /><br />I know that I'm going to keep up with mine! I'd rather not do 115+26 burpees on Monday.<br /><br />ALSO, please remember that there is NO 4:30 p.m. class today!
