MYERS

Five 4-minute rounds of:
Run 200 with a plate 25/15 carried any way you like (no rolling!!)
10 lunges with plate
20 sit-ups with plate
As many DU as possible in time remaining each round. 
No rest between rounds. Score is lunges + sit-ups + DUs. Post score to comments. Compare to 6/1/15
