You many choose to do the wod DU,BS,DU,BS,DU,BS,DU,BS,DU if you prefer. Ball slams are worth 3 points per rep. Double Unders are 1 point per rep. Score is total points multiplied by BP load. Post load, starting movement (BS or DU), and final score. Compare to 12/18/14.
