Front Squat x 3

20 minutes to establish 3RM Front Squat with 3-second pause at the bottom of each rep.

Then

4 x 2min AMRAPs. Rest 1 min between AMRAPs. 
20 Wallballs, 20/14
10 over the box jumps, 24/20

Post load and rounds and reps to comments. Compare to 12/16/13, 9/14/16, and 11/29/16.
