Pull-ups, hops, cleans, Burpees

20 rounds for total reps
10 seconds pull-ups
20 seconds rest

- then -

2 x 5min AMRAPs with 5min rest between AMRAPs:
20 lateral hops over bar
10 hang power cleans, 95/65
5 Burpees

This AMRAP is a fast one, like 5-minute-mile-fast. Choose a weight that you can move quickly. You should be very winded after each AMRAP. Score is total reps. Post total pullup reps, total AMRAP reps, and final score to comments.
